      The approach adopted by the University of Roehampton was to allocate more time to one Student Manager to lead a group of over 20 Student Consultants who engaged in different aspects of the project at different times, according to their skillset, knowledge and availability to support particular activities. We also collaborated with our Student Union (RSU) and supported them with the introduction of the BAME Ambassadors Scheme which worked with and supported the RAFA project. Additionally, we worked with BAME students in their Student Societies to engage and support RAFA2 activities.
