Learning, Teaching and Assessment

The approach RAFA2 adopted to inspire change in teaching, learning and assessment practices, was to connect with staff in their programme teams to identify the changes that could be made before working with staff and students to make the changes. 

This resulted in staff/student partnerships with staff taking ownership of the issue and the creation of bespoke projects within departments to tackle BAME attainment in ways that addressed their particular needs.  

Some examples of the interventions are included below.
